Download Policy
Our download policy is simple: all downloads are exclusive to subscription members and cannot be shared, uploaded, or used as your own content. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the cancellation of your subscription. We take the protection of our content seriously and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our resources.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your food subscription box or recipe, we offer refund policy within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that after 10 days within your subscription plan, refunds are prorated. Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase and have an enjoyable experience with our products.
